Webmaster and Membership Chairman's Notes

Information
I am doing two jobs for the HVHA, Webmaster (I am
looking for someone to take this job)
and Membership Chairman. The work as Webmaster is still a steep learning curve; however, I am pretty good as Membership Chairman. The
job of Membership Chairman consists of tracking all of the dues payments for over 1,100 households and I am using MS Access.
Would you like to be a webmaster?
Let me know and I will be very happy to discuss it with you. You must be
a resident of Hill Valley and a bit familiar with HTML code. The website
is in ASP but it is similar to HTML and software would be provided. This
would be a non-paying position. In fact, all of the board is completely
non-paid.

Please let me know about it so if can either be fixed or removed. I
just found one that didn't work because I forgot to transfer the document where
it was linked.
I need help with code
to be more effective as a Webmaster. The thing I am trying to do right now is to insert a dropdown menu in the
top banner so I can get rid of the left margin bar. The problem is that the code is in ASP and not HTML; therefore, I get a tree with the
list items and not an actual dropdown menu. If you are familiar with ASP
and can help, please send me an e-mail.
