Door to Door Solicitors (SCAM???) Last week a young woman came to my door offering free carpet or upholstery cleaning and gave me a flyer with the company name listed as JRM Inc. Today 2 individuals came to my door offering the same service and gave me the exact same flyer only the name on it this time was JMJ Inc. Unfortunately that changed last evening. My husband left for work this morning as usual only to discover that someone had stolen the exhaust system/catalytic converter from our Jeep Cherokee overnight. Since it was such a nice evening we had every window in the house opened, yet we didn't hear a thing nor did our neighbors! This morning our mechanic mentioned that this type of crime is making a comeback, and that it happens quickly & quietly (obviously). This should have been posted in July.
