Crime Watch (Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana) is an important organization for our Hill Valley area.
Paulette Clay has generously taken on the task of restarting the Crime Watch program and is the Crime Watch Coordinator for
Hill Valley. This is a separate program that the Hill Valley Homeowners Association supports but it is not part of the Association.
Crime Stoppers is a not-for-profit organization that rewards money to citizens who anonymously provide information about crime and criminals to federal,
state and local law enforcement agencies. After calling 262-TIPS, the caller is given an identification number that is used to collect a reward if the
alleged perpetrator is picked up.
The idea is to get people off the streets who are wanted by the police or to give out information about a crime through photos displayed in the news media.
Some people don't want to get involved, but they want to make their community safe.
After calling 262-TIPS, the caller is given an identification number that is used to collect a reward if the alleged perpetrator is picked up.
Please help Paulette by volunteering to be block captains or being involved with her efforts.

IMPD News
All of you know that it takes all of us to make our neighborhoods a great place to live. Occasionally we have problems
or issues that don?t resolve themselves and we need help. That help is involving the police to address these issues. Please
remind your neighbors, friends and crime watch members to be mindful of their surroundings. Call 911 if you see suspicious
activity, strange people walking in your neighborhood or a crime being committed. Many times we don?t realize that bad guys
rely on you not paying attention. Bad Guys will use that and steal items in plain sight or break in to a house. Also delivery
people will be wearing their company uniforms to make their deliveries. All I?m asking, is if you see something that doesn?t
look right Call 911 and report it. Police Officers love to catch bad guys!
