Hill Valley community, located on the far south side of Indianapolis, Indiana, and its homeowners association, welcomes you to our neighborhood. Hill Valley is a residential community located near Stop 11 and State Road 135. We are a large, seasoned community with approximately 1100 homes.

Mission Statement

Hill Valley has developed a Mission Statement as part of the revised bylaws for 2001. The following is our mission and objective:

To effect a safe, scenic and enjoyable residential area through social activities, community projects and improvement.
To promote the safety and welfare of the area on a sound and equitable basis.
To promote the increase and maintenance of property values in the area.
