HILL VALLEY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION – April 2004

PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

We made it through another winter with a minimum amount of problems. Now it is time to spruce up for spring. We need all the cooperation we can get to clean up and spruce up to make our neighborhood the best on the south side. We also need the dues money to come in. If we have another severe winter like 2003 the Board will be considering restricting the snow plowing to streets that have members. Happy Springtime.. Steve
